Beruang Perkasa earned The Best Service Excellence of the Year in the Excellent Award 2012 held at Hotel Novotel Surabaya on April 27, 2012. The award is given to the Chamber of Commerce of East Java Beruang Perkasa, represented the Director Khusnul Khotimah.
